Enthusiasm and social distancing highlighted Monday’s mid-morning NoBorderWall protest on the grounds of the Federal Courthouse downtown.
About 75 members of the NoBorderWall Coalition, including river front landowners, staged the event, which included a parade of vehicles on Victoria Street.
