The indie immigrant-themed movie, Journey, premiers in Laredo Friday, Oct. 2 at the Alamo Drafthouse. Partially filmed in Laredo, the film was directed by Cristopher Rodriguez. Laredoan Karen Gaytan was the assistant producer.
Rodriguez and Gaytan and other Laredo cast members and crew will be on hand after the Friday and Saturday screenings for a Q & A session.
Showtimes are Friday, Oct. 2 at 7:00 p.m.; Sat., Oct. 3 at 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.; and Sun., Oct. 4 at 10:30 a.m.
