Rule of Law with Exceptions? Supreme Court attempts to destroy hundreds of years  of precedent by considering absolute immunity for criminal defendant Trump

The corrupt Supreme court, appointed by the most corrupt “president” in US history and confirmed by a corrupt Republican Senate, is attempting to destroy hundreds of years of legal precedent by seriously considering whether criminal defendant Trump, who is presently a defendant in a criminal trial should have absolute immunity for any crimes he committed while in office.

The most corrupt Justice who is married to a woman who was deeply involved in the January 6, 2021 insurrection, should not be hearing this case. The most glaring conflict of interest ever, he is solemnly asking questions that appear to favor the criminal defendant who his wife wanted to remain in office.

In the Nixon era, the Supreme Court then stated that US Presidents enjoyed absolute immunity from any CIVIL lawsuits while in office. (Nixon v. FitzGerald) 457US731(82). Not one word about criminal activity by a US President was mentioned. The lawyer arguing Trump’s case today, John Sauer, was appointed as Missouri Solicitor General by Josh Hawley, who wanted to overturn the January 6^th certification before running out the door. Attorney Sauer filed a Motion to stop the certification along with our own Texas Attorney General Paxton.

Mr. Sauer actually argued that US Presidents are immune from assassinating political rivals. This lawyer is an Honors graduate from Harvard and Oxford. I feel certain he would have proudly defended German Third Reich officials in the 1940s. All five conservative justices, three appointed by Trump are twisting themselves like pretzels to defend not the institution of the Presidency but one particular criminal named Trump. They are trying to hand us the Trump “exception” to the rule of law. They forget that no former US President has ever claimed immunity, because not one of them was ever charged with four different crimes in four different jurisdictions, State and Federal. If they rule in this megalomaniac’s favor, then President Biden can immediately take advantage and arrest, not assassinate, his presumed rival.

So far as history tells us, a few world leaders enjoyed complete and full immunity for their criminal activities: Stalin, Mussolini, Franco, Mao, Hirohito, Pinochet, and yes, Mr. Casso, Adolf Hitler.
