The Laredo Theater Guild International has set auditions for “MTI’s Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical” for April 20 and 21.
Henry Mejia and Jessica Verastegui, producers of the LTGI undertaking, invite Laredoans to become “part of a journey filled with laughter, heart, and unforgettable moments.”
LTGI seeks to fill a cast of 24 characters, including six to eight children between the ages of 10 and 12. The local production of this Tony Award-winning play includes a live orchestra directed by Bobby López.
Matilda the Musical opens July18 and continues with performances through July 28.
