The Dolores Huerta recipient is Irma Mireles Berry, Chicano movement activist and Hall of Fame inductee. Master of Ceremonies is attorney Carlos E. Flores with Alfredo  OF Agredano, former Laredo City Council member, as the main speaker. Grand Marshal of the march is Jesus Contreras of Laredo College Industrial Technology.
