Laredo Commission for Women names 2024 inductees to Laredo Women’s Hall of Fame

The Laredo Commission for Women is in preparation for the 2024 Laredo’s Women Hall of Fame. A media reception to formally announce the 2024 Inductees is planned for Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Falcon Bank Event Center, 7718 McPherson Rd.

The nine deserving women to be inducted into 2024 Women’s Hall of Fame are the Honorable Judge Diana Saldaña for Civic Leadership/Public Service; Dr. Minita Ramirez García for Civic Leadership/Public Service; Dr. Julie Bazan for Healthcare; Adriana Botello Nunemaker for Healthcare; Myrtala Ramirez Perez for Education; Dr. Rosa Maria Vida for Education; Martha Narvaez for Business; Grace Torres for Business; and Veronica Del Carmen Ramirez for Fine and Performing Arts.

The purpose of the Laredo Commission for Women is to promote equality in Legal, Social, Political, Economic, Healthcare, and Educational opportunity and advancement for all women throughout the City of Laredo.
