The City of Laredo Health Department recently showcased its pioneering initiative, the “All Kinds of Minds Inclusive Masterplan,” during the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) Open Forum, which was held in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The innovative plan offered a platform for public health professionals to share strategies and initiatives that enhance inclusivity and equitable healthcare access within communities.
Laredo Health Assistant Director Erika Martinez presented the transformative master plan. The invigorating presentation provided an opportunity to connect with numerous like-minded peers who share a deep commitment and passion for advancing public health initiatives.
“As we strive for a future of health equity and inclusivity, initiatives like the ‘All Kinds of Minds Inclusive Masterplan‘ are catalysts for change. The City of Laredo Health Department, through the participation of Ms. Martinez, is honored to have shared our vision at the NNPHIOpen Forum. We are excited to continue forging partnerships that will transform our community into a more inclusive and healthier place for all,” said City Health Director Dr. Richard A. Chamberlain.
