Laredo-born and raised author Katie Gutierrez will present a special reading and talk from her best-selling and highly acclaimed debut novel, “More Than You’ll Ever Know,” during her visit at Texas A&M International University Tuesday, Oct. 11 from 6-8:30 p.m. in the Academic Innovation Center, room 126.
The presentation, titled, “An Evening with the Author: Katie Gutierrez,” is organized by the TAMIU College of Arts and Sciences’ department of Humanities. The reading will be followed by a book signing. The event is free and open to the public.
During her TAMIU visit, Gutierrez will also meet with TAMIU students and provide insight into her creative process and plans for the future given the success of her first novel.
