Citizens/Taxpayers: Will the $1,000,000 (or a higher amount) Priority Funds (Discretionary) for each City Council Member be discussed during this presentation? Total $8,000,000, or a higher amount, for the 8 Council Members. If so each Council Member will spend their funds as they wish during the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 or sometime in the future? Do we need transparency? Do we need accountability? Should the public’s input be requested and considered before any of these funds are spent?
