These inoculations continue to prioritize those who fall under Phase 1A an 1B categories.

The online portal and phone lines to set an appointment opened Friday, February 5, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. at www.vaccinatelaredo.com and by phone at 3-1-1. The allotted vaccines from the online and phone appointments will be administered on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the 14 PODs.

The City of Laredo has been designated as a HUB by the Department of State Health Services and will distribute the rest of the allocated vaccines to the surrounding areas including: Zapata County, Jim Hogg County, Webb County, Rio Bravo and El Cenizo. The number of vaccines that will be distributed to these areas is based on their population number.

City of Laredo leaders continue to ask the State of Texas for additional vaccines as the surge in demand increases. For more information, please call (956) 795-4920.

  1. Ridiculous, frustrating, inefficient options for setting up appointment!!!

Once again, began calling and using my iPad on vaccinatelaredo.com simultaneously, to no avail…

Phone line constantly busy (dialed 150 times), website constantly loading page without getting to any appointment available. I tried for 35 minutes without stopping, until eventually got a message that appointments were full AGAIN!!!

I began calling 311 at 7:55 am, finally someone answered and said she could NOT set an appointment until 8:00 am. When I said may I hold for the next 2 minutes until 8:00 am, she said no that I had to call back at 8:00 am…

Couldn’t believe it…Way to go LAREDO!
