ABC Laredo, Laredo Film Society and Alamo Drafthouse will host a live watch party of the Oscars, the biggest night in Hollywood, on Feb. 9 at the Alamo Drafthouse at 6 p.m..
Attendees will questiosbe able to walk the red carpet and dress up in suits and gowns for a costume contest. During commercial breaks, members of the Laredo Film Society will ask film trivia questions for participants to win exclusive prizes. A grand prize will go to the attendee who guesses the most winners of the night.
Attendees will be able to walk the red carpet at 6 p.m. with live coverage by KGNS-TV. The watch party will begin promptly at 7 p.m..
Tickets to the event are $5. Guests may redeem their ticket at the event for a $5 food and beverage voucher to use at the Alamo Drafthouse.
