It’s that time of year.
To celebrate and raise awareness about the Monarch butterfly and its annual fall migration, we’re challenging all of Laredo to take and share your best photos of these magnificent creatures as they pass through the Gateway City on their epic 3,000-mile journey to Mexico.
Make sure to tag us @RGISCLaredo and use #RGISCMonarchMania in your post. Don’t forget to tell us where you took your photos of the Monarch butterflies (in Laredo) and include either a fun fact OR describe what this iconic species means to you.
The top three photo submissions will be selected on Nov. 25th and will win cool prizes.
