The City of Laredo invites local artists to submit individual applications for an upcoming mural project at the Martha C. Narvaez City Hall Apartments at 820 Convent Ave.
The mural is part of ongoing efforts to beautify the City and promote community pride.
Deadline for proposal submissions to the City Secretary’s office is Friday, August 2, no later than 3:30 p.m. The proposals must not exceed $10,000 and must be a historically matching conceptual mural.
