Laredo Police Department investigator Anthony Carrillo Jr., a 26year veteran of the force, has been indicted by the 406th District Court on several charges stemming from his participation in eight-liner investigations and operations known as Operation One Arm Bandit.
According to the Webb County District Attorney’s office, on or about January 28, 2019, law enforcement officials received information that Anthony Carrillo Jr. made cash deposits of marked bills to an individual bank account under his name.
