CaminArte, the free downtown art event on the first Friday of the month, is set for April 6 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Laredo Center for the Arts.
According to Center for the Arts director Rosie Santos, the featured exhibit focuses on Tejano singer Selena and includes performers and live painting.
Local craft and food vendors will set up on the Center’s patio. The Laredo Convention and Visitors Bureau will host a kidz corner and giveaways. AR Graphics will offer free T-shirt screen printing.
DJ The Pop Rock will provide the evening’s entertainment.
The Laredo Center for the Arts is located at 500 San Agustín Avenue.
